Performance and Promotional Opportunities
The following is a list of performance and presentation opportunities for the performers of the 2009 LEB Nutcracker to promote this year's event. Please look at the list of events and dates below and consider participatiing in these promotional events.

Romolo’s
Promotional Event
Saturday, November 28th / 11:30-1:30 / Romolo’s Chocolates, 1525 W. 87th St.
Eligible Cast:
• Clara: Olivia Duke or Tatum Yusz
• Marionettes: Frankie Daubert and Victoria Quirk
• Candies: Hard Candy, Gingerbread, Bon Bons, Sugar Babies, Buttermints
Those attending should retrieve coupons and literature for the event and sign out costuming the week prior to the event at LEB studios. Costume sign out date: Nov. 23-25
Festival of Trees
Performance and Promotional Event
Sunday, November 29th / 12:00-2:00 / Ambassador Room, Marriot on 90
Eligible Cast:
• Clara & Fritz: Olivia Duke or Tatum Yusz and Mallory Fichera or Alexis Snedeker
• Party Boys and Girls: Couples needed (need not be originally cast couple)
• Party Scene Dolls: Nutcracker--Jenny Lane, Dresden--Linnea Stureson, Mouse King--Kerri Barron
• Jazz/Medley/Liturgical: Any/All available company members
• Sugarplum Variation: Katie Spagnoletti, Jenny Lane or Linnea Stureson
Those attending should report to site by 11:00 am for costuming and blocking. Please bring black leo, pink tights and black wrap skirt. Sign up date: Nov. 25
All costumes wil be left on site.
Warner Winter Wonderland
Promotional Event
Sat. November 28th 10am-5pm Warner Theatre, 811 State St.
• All available Cast Members / 2 hour time intervals
Sun. November 29th noon-5pm Warner Theatre, 811 State St.
• All available Cast Members / 2 hour time intervals
Those attending should retrieve coupons and literature for the event and sign out costuming the week prior to the event at LEB studios. Costume sign out date: Nov. 23-25.
All costumes must be returned by Wednesday, Dec. 2.

Saturday, December 5th / 1:00 – 4:00 pm / Barnes & Noble 5909 Peach St.
All available Cast Members
Those attending should retrieve coupons and literature for the event and sign out costuming the week prior to the event at LEB studios. Costume sign out date: Dec. 2, 3 & 4.
All costumes must be returned by Wednesday, Dec. 9.
Erie Philharmonic Christmas Pops Concert
Promotional Event
Saturday, December 12th / 7:30 – 9:00 pm / Warner Theatre, 811 State St.
Eligible Cast:
• Clara & Fritz, Party Mothers or Fathers, Snow flakes and Flurries
• Act II Performers
(Mother Ginger candies must come in groups of three)
Those attending should report to site by 7:00 pm for costuming. Sign up date: Dec. 9
All costumes must be left at the theatre that evening.
