Turnout Workshop
with Carrie Burns Frase

Thursdays, 4:30-5:00 pm / Beginning Ballet
Saturdays, 10:00-10:30 am / Intermediate and Advanced Ballet
Jan. 28 - March 20, 2010

This workshop is an intensive designed to help the student of ballet identify and utilize the musculature for proper and strong "turnout" - the rotation in the hip which is an integral aspect of the ballet technique.

Fee: $50
15 student limit

Liturgical / Sacred Dance Workshop
with Christina Maria Adelhardt

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 pm
March 10 - 31, 2010

This workshop will culminate in the presentation of a Liturgical / Sacred Dance work for the season.  Performance dates TBA.

(Costuming fee included.)
