Lake Erie Ballet's 2011 Nutcracker
Dec. 17 & 18 at the Warner Theatre

This year marks the Lake Erie Ballet's 53rd annual Nutcracker and will feature the return of local talent, Carrie Burns-Frase as the Sugar Plum Fairy. Ernest Tolentino of Milwalkee Ballet and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre will return as her Cavalier.

The Lake Erie Ballet will host Conductor, Hugh Keelan and the Lake Erie Ballet Orchestra for both the Saturday and Sunday performances. This years event will also include many contributing performers from the Erie dance community as well as students of the
Mercyhurst College and Point Park University Dance Departments. Joining the orchestra this year will be the Young Peoples Choir of Erie under the direction of Jason Bishop.

The Moody Ballet
April 20 & 21, 2012 at the Erie Playhouse

An evening of dance inspired by the music of the Moody Blues. a beautifully psychadelic evening of great music and movement as the Lake Erie Ballet Companies take you back through a "Day of Future Passed". Choreography by LEB Director, Alethea Bodine.

Folklore Fantasy and the Fantastic
May 25 & 26, 2012
